Sr. Tech. Specialist - Mechanical.

ROLE MAIN PURPOSE:

Responsible for providing operational expertise to manage all fit-out elements across O&M Handed over assets. This includes ensuring the highest standards and being fully compliant with safety regulations, to ensure that all assets are 100% ready for handover.

Key Activities

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in manage the site inspections of all fit-out elements in a building or facility, including MEP, firefighting, fire detection…
• Provide technical expertise and guidance for the team, follow up on assigned work orders, and ensure that all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Implement procedures, to ensure that all fit-out elements are functioning properly and meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that fit-out activities are integrated with other operations.
• Prepare required reports to support and manage operations.
• Maintain records of fit-out activities, including work orders, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to fit-out.

Educational Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field

Professional and Technical Certificates(Preferred): Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Project Management Professional (PMP).

Professional Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as project or maintenance specialist.
