JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE MAIN PURPOSE:

Will be responsible to support the development, implementation, and monitor organizational transformations and change initiatives. And for supporting leading and facilitating change efforts, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies across the company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop the transformation strategy and roadmap aligned with Kidana’s goals and objectives.
  • Conduct assessments to identify areas for transformation and change within the organization.
  • Support to develop detailed transformation plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor alignment of transformation initiatives with business priorities and organizational culture.
  • Implement change management strategies and plans to support successful adoption of new initiatives.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify and address potential organizational, process, and people-related impacts of the transformation.
  • Assist in develop communication plans and materials to effectively communicate changes to employees and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and teams involved in the change process, ensuring buy-in and engagement.
  • Support defines initiatives scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for transformation initiatives.
  • Support develop initiatives plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Track initiatives progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and successful initiatives outcomes.
  • Identify training and development needs related to the transformation initiatives.
  • Implement and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to change.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to design and implement training materials, resources, and tools.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of transformation initiatives on business performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and refine transformation strategies and plans accordingly.
  • Apply best practices and lessons learned from previous transformations to enhance future change efforts.
  • Support fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in Kidana.

 

Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s in business administration, organizational development, change management, or related field.

 

Professional and Technical Certificates: Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified, Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Strategic Management

 Professional (SMP)

 

Professional Experience: Minimum 5+ years’ experience as transformation and change mgt. specialist.
