ROLE MAIN PURPOSE
Will be responsible to develop, implement, and oversee strategic plans and initiatives and to drive the Kidana’s long-term growth and success by providing strategic guidance, conducting analysis, and facilitating decision-making processes.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and implementation of Kidana’s strategic planning process.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to define Kidana’s mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Develop strategic frameworks, business models, and roadmaps to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor progress of strategic initiatives, identify obstacles, and recommend adjustments to ensure successful implementation.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress towards strategic goals.
- Develop performance measurement frameworks and dashboards to monitor and report on strategy planning performance.
- Analyse strategy planning performance data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategic objectives and initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies, reports, figures, and budgets of strategy department to ensure adequate staffing levels aimed at contributing to the achievement of the strategic objectives of Kidana.
- Set performance management objectives based on strategy department KPI’s and performance targets for all reporting team members and perform mid-year and year-end performance reviews.
- Direct the identification of talent for pivotal roles in coordination with the Human Capital Department from a succession management standpoint.
- Take decisive action to ensure speedy resolution of unresolved grievances or conflicts among team members.
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s in business administration or related field.
- Professional and Technical Certificates: Certified Strategic Planning Professional (CSPP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified, Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Strategic Management Professional (SMP)
- Professional Experience: Minimum 13+ years’ experience in strategy and 7 years’ as strategy leadership role.
