ROLE MAIN PURPOSE:

will be responsible to ensure the clarity, accuracy, and professionalism of written materials produced by the CEO's office. And for maintaining the CEO's communication standards and enhancing the effectiveness of written content and must possess excellent writing and editing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, write, edit, and proofread a wide range of written materials, including speeches, presentations, memos, reports, articles, and other communication documents on behalf of the CEO and the CEO's office.
  • Ensure that all written materials adhere to the organization's brand guidelines, tone, and messaging principles.
  • Revise and enhance the clarity, coherence, and effectiveness of written content, ensuring proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation and refinement.
  • Review and provide feedback on documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Verify facts, data, and references in written materials to ensure their reliability.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to eliminate errors and improve readability.
  • Maintain a consistent and high standard of quality for all written materials.
  • Work closely with the CEO's office team, including executives, assistants, and other stakeholders, to gather information and coordinate content development and editing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, public relations, and legal, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  • Manage multiple writing and editing projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.

 

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

Professional Experience: Minimum 3+ years’ experience in writing and editing for high-level support to executives, preferably in a similar organization with similar operations.
