ROLE MAIN PURPOSE:
Will be responsible to govern and oversee change management activities across enterprise-level and departmental/process initiatives, ensuring structured change planning, stakeholder adoption, resistance mitigation, and measurable business impact in alignment with Prosci / ADKAR methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Govern and oversee change management activities across enterprise and departmental/process initiatives
- Review, challenge, and endorse Change Management Plans (CMPs) to ensure quality, completeness, and methodological alignment
- Ensure consistency and compliance with Prosci / ADKAR methodology and organizational change standards
- Assess organizational change impacts, risks, and stakeholder readiness
- Monitor adoption, utilization, and stakeholder engagement metrics
- Identify resistance patterns and recommend mitigation and corrective actions
- Maintain Resistance & Risk Logs and track resolution effectiveness
- Develop Adoption Dashboards and Executive Change Reports
- Guide initiative teams on recovery, reinforcement, and sustainment actions
- Advise Initiative Owners on change strategy, sequencing, and intervention design
- Determine whether initiatives require formal change management treatment
- Coach and guide Change Pioneers on change planning effectiveness and structure
- Escalate change non-compliance, delays, and material risks
Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s in business administration, industrial engineering, organizational development, change management, or related field.
Professional and Technical Certificates (Required): Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or Prosci Change Management Certification
Professional and Technical Certificates (Preferred): Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified, Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Strategic Management Professional (SMP)
Professional Experience: Minimum 3+ years’ experience as transformation and change specialist
