ROLE MAIN PURPOSE:
Will be responsible to provide administrative and operational support to division/department in various areas, such as office management, records management, financial management, human resources support, event planning, and project management support. The Admin Specialist Services plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support to the organization, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and organize department’s records, including contracts, legal documents, and financial records.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including purchasing supplies, managing vendors, and maintaining office equipment.
- Manage department’s finances, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports.
- Plan and coordinate events, such as conferences, meetings, and company outings.
- Provide support to project managers, including managing project schedules and budgets, and coordinating project meetings.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, or equivalent specialization(s) from a recognized academic institution.
Professional and Technical Certificates (Preferred): Certified Administrative Professional.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Administration or equivalent in a multinational corporate.
