ROLE MAIN PURPOSE:
Lead and develop the Supply Chain Performance & Excellence Framework by measuring and analyzing performance, improving processes, strengthening governance, and supporting strategic and transformation initiatives. Enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and maturity of the supply chain through data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and performance management. Act as a transformation leader in positioning the Supply Chain function as a proactive strategic business partner that anticipates business needs, identifies opportunities and risks, drives innovation, and delivers sustainable value to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and continuously monitor performance management frameworks, including KPIs, scorecards, executive dashboards, and analytical reporting across Supply Chain functions.
- Lead the development, review, and enforcement of policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and internal controls to ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing recognized methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, operational risks, and performance improvement opportunities, and implement corrective and preventive actions to achieve sustainable results.
- Oversee internal audit readiness, compliance assessments, governance reviews, and the timely closure of audit findings and action plans.
- Lead the development and continuous enhancement of category management strategies through spend analysis, market intelligence, demand insights, and performance analytics, while supporting strategic sourcing initiatives by identifying sourcing opportunities, optimizing category performance, and enabling data-driven procurement decisions.
- Lead the transformation and continuous evolution of the Supply Chain function into a proactive strategic business partner through data-driven insights, performance excellence, innovation, and the anticipation of business needs, opportunities, and risks, ensuring sustainable value creation for the organization.
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing team focused on performance excellence, governance, and process discipline.
- Provide clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to enhance capability and accountability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by reporting performance trends, key insights, and improvement opportunities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, standardization, and performance mindset across the supply chain.
- Promote cross‑functional collaboration to ensure alignment between operational execution and strategic objectives.
- Drive the advancement of Supply Chain performance and operational maturity through the adoption of best practices, effective governance frameworks, and continuous improvement principles.
Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional and Technical Certificates (Preferred): Data Analysis Professional, Project Management Professional (PMP)
Professional Experience: Minimum 8+ years’ experience as Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement Excellence, or a related field.
