Role Main Purpose:

Lead asset optimization and lifecycle management across the portfolio by setting the asset performance framework, driving data-led decision-making, and ensuring governance, compliance, and operational alignment. The role steers strategic initiatives to maximize asset efficiency, service quality, and financial returns, while maintaining high integrity of asset records and controls.
 

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Asset Strategy & Optimization

• Define and execute portfolio-level asset optimization initiatives to improve utilization, performance, and ROI.

• Establish performance benchmarks and targets for key asset classes; monitor results and drive corrective actions.

B. Performance Management & Analytics

• Own asset performance dashboards and KPI governance (financial, operational, condition, utilization).

• Analyze trends and variances, translate insights into business cases, and recommend investment, repositioning, or disposal actions.

C. Lifecycle & Condition Management

• Lead lifecycle planning including asset condition assessments, renewal strategies, CAPEX prioritization, and lifecycle cost optimization.

• Approve and oversee physical audits and inspections, ensuring audit quality and timely closure of findings.

D. Governance, Compliance & Controls

• Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory, operational, and internal governance frameworks.

• Implement controls to maintain accurate asset registers, documentation integrity, and audit readiness.

E. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner with Leasing, O&M, Projects, Finance, HSSE, and relevant authorities to align asset plans with operational realities and development priorities.
• Present asset performance insights and recommendations to leadership and committees; support strategic decision-making.

F. Reporting & Record Management

• Partner with Leasing, O&M, Projects, Finance, HSSE, and relevant authorities to align asset plans with operational realities and development priorities.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead workforce planning, staffing strategies, and departmental budgeting to ensure alignment with Kidana’s growth plans.

• Establish KPIs and targets for team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and promote accountability.

• Direct the identification of talent for pivotal roles in coordination with the Human Capital Department from a succession management standpoint.

• Resolve internal conflicts promptly to maintain a collaborative and productive team environment.

 

Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business,Real Estate or related field.

 

Professional and Technical Certificates (Preferred Only): PMP, CPM or related field.

 

Professional Experience: 

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Business,Real Estate or related fields.
  • 4+ years in management roles.
