Role Main Purpose:
To provide strategic support to the business development and investment functions through market research, financial analysis, and operational coordination, contributing to effective deal execution, investor engagement, and portfolio growth
Key Responsibilities:
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Research & Market Intelligence
- Conduct in-depth market research covering demographics, rental trends, absorption rates, and macroeconomic indicators in targeted regions.
- Benchmark competitor offerings and pricing strategies to support opportunity identification.
- Maintain and update internal databases including land/property availability, investor profiles, and recent transactions.
B. Transaction Support & Investment Materials
- Assist in drafting investment teasers, pitch decks, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate due diligence processes including legal document collation, zoning data, and lease summaries.
- Arrange logistics for site inspections, investor tours, and internal strategy workshops.
C. Financial Support
- Assist in creating basic financial models using predefined templates.
- Validate input assumptions in models and track KPIs for portfolio assets.
- Prepare recurring performance dashboards and investor updates.
D. Administrative & Stakeholder Coordination
- Document action items from internal/external meetings and monitor follow-ups.
- Support post-deal documentation, contract archiving, and compliance filing.
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate initiative and accountability in delivering assigned research or support tasks.
- Continuously develop skills in financial analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Identify and propose improvements in research workflow, database structures, or investor engagement methods.
- Stay updated on market trends, deal-making structures, and key investment benchmarks.
- Foster a collaborative working environment by supporting team objectives and maintaining reliability in execution.
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Business or related fields is preferred.
- Professional and Technical Certificates (Preferred Only): CAPM, Real Estate Licensing
